“Spine Care and Sports Rehabilitation is one of the best rehabilitation centers I have visited. PT Sujeet Singh is truly exceptional in the field of musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation. His clinical skills are outstanding, and his approach to diagnosis and treatment is remarkable.
The clinic has a very clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. It is well organized, equipped with the right facilities, and maintained to a high standard. The staff are polite, professional, and always ready to help. From the moment you enter, you feel comfortable and confident that you are in capable hands.
This is not just a rehabilitation center—it feels like a place where patients regain hope, especially for sports injuries, low back pain, and neck pain. I had a muscle problem that remained unsolved for a long time. Dr. Singh taught me just two simple exercises, and after only two sessions, I experienced a 100% recovery.
The center also treats many complex cases, including patients recovering after ligament surgeries. Dr. Singh’s hands truly work like magic, and his expertise gives patients confidence in their recovery.
The only downside is that getting an appointment on time can be difficult because of the high patient load. However, the quality of care is absolutely worth the wait.
I now understand that great physiotherapy is not about machines or treatment packages—it is about the knowledge, skill, and experience of the therapist. If you are looking for genuine physiotherapy treatment, I highly recommend meeting Dr. Sujeet Singh.

“I had a very good experience with the Manual Therapy service at Dhobighat Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Manish Shrestha, who was very caring, polite, friendly, and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The nurses and staff were also very kind, respectful, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment. I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Dhobighat Hospital for its good care and friendly environment.”

“My experience: I had knee ACL (Ligament) surgery around 5-6 months ago and He has visited for physiotherapy at my House. He was very cooperative with good experience and knowledge. I was satisfied with his physiotherapy service. Now I am almost full recovered. So I recommend him for any physiotherapy services.”

“Excellent physiotherapist with lots of experience. I had upper back pain for few months and I didnt know what to do. Nibha immediately found out that I had trigger points and the back muscles needed tension release. After few sessions with her, I was back to normal. Moreover, she gave me instructions on exercise regimens for the back pain. I have been doing them on daily basis. As a specialized cardiologist wearing lead in the lab, this changed my life. I highly recommend her.”
