“Spine Care and Sports Rehabilitation is one of the best rehabilitation centers I have visited. PT Sujeet Singh is truly exceptional in the field of musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation. His clinical skills are outstanding, and his approach to diagnosis and treatment is remarkable. The clinic has a very clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. It is well organized, equipped with the right facilities, and maintained to a high standard. The staff are polite, professional, and always ready to help. From the moment you enter, you feel comfortable and confident that you are in capable hands. This is not just a rehabilitation center—it feels like a place where patients regain hope, especially for sports injuries, low back pain, and neck pain. I had a muscle problem that remained unsolved for a long time. Dr. Singh taught me just two simple exercises, and after only two sessions, I experienced a 100% recovery. The center also treats many complex cases, including patients recovering after ligament surgeries. “I initially thought I had sciatica, but after a thorough assessment by Dr. Sujeet, it was diagnosed as a sprained lower back. I truly appreciate the accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. After just the first session, my pain reduced by about 60%, which was an immense relief. By the fifth day, the pain had almost completely subsided.
