Who this is
Top Rated Nepal publishes rankings of businesses in Nepal. Scores are built from public Google review data using one formula, published on how we rank, applied the same way to every business in a live category and city. No business can pay for a better position, a listing, or removal from a page.
The site is operated by Bhuwan Kshetri. He also sells optional paid work to some of the same businesses, described on for businesses. That is a conflict of interest. It is disclosed here, on about, and on how we rank. Buying work cannot change a score.
Google data
Ranking pages reprint public place information from Google's Places service (names, addresses, ratings, review counts, and review snippets where shown). That content belongs to Google and its users, not to Top Rated Nepal.

We do not claim the underlying listing data is ours. Attribution to Google must stay on the page if you quote a listing.
Not a recommendation or professional referral
A ranking reflects a business's public Google review signals as of the last refresh date on its page. Nothing more.
It is not:
- a personal recommendation
- an endorsement
- a licence, registration, or background check
- medical, legal, or professional advice
- a substitute for checking qualifications, talking to the business, or using your own judgment
That matters most in a category like physiotherapy, where training, fit, and clinical judgment do not show up in a star average.
A business missing from a list may simply sit outside current coverage, or not yet have enough public Google activity to score. Absence is not a finding that the business is bad.
Accuracy and coverage
Each live ranking is meant to reflect real businesses in that category and city. How we rank sets out the steps and the limits, including that some signals use the sample of reviews Google's API returns, not every review ever written.
The list is not guaranteed complete. Between refreshes, a business's public data may have changed. If something is wrong, say so through for businesses. Corrections to Google-sourced fields often have to be made on Google first.
For business owners
There is no fee to appear. There is no fee to claim a listing once that feature is live. There is no way to pay for a higher position.
Paid work sold on for businesses is optional, quoted separately, and is not a ranking product. A quote is not a promise that a score will rise. Fake reviews, bought reviews, or asking us to hide a genuine review are not offered and will be refused.
When a claim flow ships, the owner will have to submit proof they operate the place. We will not guess or auto-match a person to a listing.
Acceptable use
You may read the site, quote a ranking, and link to a page.
You may not:
- scrape or harvest the site at scale
- republish the rankings as your own dataset
- present a score as an official government, council, or regulator record
- use the enquiry form to impersonate a business, send abuse, or dump other people's private information
- attempt to break, overload, or probe the site
Automated access that ignores these rules may be blocked.
Our content
The formula write-up, page copy, layout, and scores computed by Top Rated Nepal are the operator's. Quote them with a link. Do not copy the site wholesale or strip Google attribution from a listing card.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a ranking is complete, current, or fit for a particular decision.
To the extent Nepal law allows, Top Rated Nepal and the person who runs it are not liable for loss that comes from using the site or from dealing with a business you found here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Paid work
If you hire the operator through for businesses, that engagement has its own scope and price, agreed in writing before work starts. These site terms still apply to the public rankings. They do not replace that engagement.
Changes
These terms change when the product changes, as described on about. The date at the top is the version in effect.
